MountainOffice’s Planning Feature is a Game Changer for Management, Especially Maintenance Management
MountainOffice has introduced its latest innovation: a state-of-the-art planning function designed to revolutionize mountain operations management, particularly in maintenance management.
This new planning function is set to provide unparalleled efficiency and precision in managing ski resorts and other alpine facilities. By integrating technology and real-time data, MountainOffice aims to enable detailed planning, providing various levels of visualization and facilitating more informed decision-making for schedules.

The new MountainOffice planning tool enables you to visualize your workload graphically. You can, for instance, examine your total lift maintenance work over a specific period, either by all lifts, by a single lift, or by the components of a lift, such as brake work, line work, and NDT. This tool, in conjunction with the filtering tool, enables you to make your selections easily. There is an icon that activates the tool, and a drop-down menu appears to begin refining the component, including the person responsible for the work, as well as the start and due dates. Once the graph is built, you can visualize it by day, week, or month. Hovering the mouse over each block displays the number of days from the start date and the person responsible for the work. Once you view the plan overview, you can identify scheduling conflicts and adjust the blocks as necessary.
This can give you the comfort of seeing your total workload and allow for easy adjustment to the schedule, making due dates more meaningful and avoiding the frenzy that often occurs in late fall. The planning function provides a user-friendly interface that enables managers to easily visualize and adjust their plans. With intuitive drag-and-drop capabilities and customizable dashboards, users can quickly adapt to changing conditions and make informed decisions based on the ground situation.
